Delivery/Shipping information
Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail 1st class, however,
depending on size and weight, some items may be delivered via our
courier service. Delivery times are usually 5-8 working days from when
the order was placed, however, during busier periods this may be
slightly longer.
Please note that once your order has reached packing stage, we are unable to amend it prior to dispatch.
Please note that the minimum postage rate for your country applies where you place an order which only contains loyalty products. These charges do not apply for silver/gold banded members.

Courier delivery
We also offer a courier delivery service to the UK mainland (excluding PO Boxes and the Scottish highlands) for a £4.95 charge.
The Scottish highlands are classed as the following postcodes:
AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, FK19-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, KW all, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-42
Order
from Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holiday) before midday and your
goods will in most instances arrive the next working day (Monday-Friday,
excluding bank holidays).
Order on Saturday or Sunday and your goods will arrive on Tuesday.
Our
courier will deliver your parcel between 8.00am-6.00pm. A signature is
required on receipt of your parcel, so please choose a delivery address
where you will be available between these times. Unfortunately, we are
unable to provide you with a more specific delivery time.
If
you are not available when the courier comes to deliver your parcel,
they may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it is not
possible to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, a
calling card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a
redelivery.
Please
note, our couriers will only attempt delivery twice, if the calling
card is not responded to with the allotted time frame, the package will
be returned to us and you will be liable for any redelivery costs.
Please note that courier delivery charges will only be refunded at our discretion when returning an item.
International shipping
Our
standard delivery method for international shipping is through Geopost
International mail. However, depending on size and weight, some items
may be delivered via our courier service, depending on service
availability. A signature is required for this service.
Delivery times are usually 5-10 working days from when the order is placed.
Duties and taxes
Your
order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
your package reaches your country. Crafter's Companion does not collect
duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may
be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in
order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding
your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs
office.
Platinum/Gold member delivery
Please
note that the courier delivery for Platinum and Gold members is free of
charge. If you do not require this service, then we charge a nominal
fee of £0.01p for standard shipping - this is to ensure that courier
delivery appears as the default shipping option for Platinum and Gold
members in the checkout.
Courier
delivery for Platinum/Gold members applies for all orders over £15,
where items contained in the order are available from stock.
